1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bitelib (“Platform”) — including bitelib.link and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Bitelib provides a digital menu management platform that allows restaurant owners and food businesses to create, manage, and share interactive digital menus with their customers via QR codes and shareable links. Customers can browse menus through any modern web browser without installing an application.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to register for and use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including menu items, images, and videos (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Bitelib a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without prior written consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Bitelib and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bitelib.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bitelib does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bitelib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@bitelib.link.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal proceedings.
